Poker Bio

My name is Daniel Wallace, but if you’ve played against me, you probably know me as “Belok”. I am a professional poker player, entrepreneur, husband, and father.

I started playing poker online during my freshman year of college.  Like many first-time players, I deposited 50$, didn’t know what I was doing, and lost it. Shortly later, a friend signed up with me as his referral, for which I was reimbursed another 50$. From that 50 came everything I have now – I have not gone bust since. My specific focus over this time has been:

2004: Bonus Hunting, mostly FR LHE, some 6M LHE

2005: FRNL and 6MNL Party Poker

2006: FRNL Party Poker until UIGEA, then FRNL on Stars

2007: FRNL Stars, Mid-Stakes NL on Bodog, and then SNE training on Stars

2008: Supernova Elite Quest

2009: Supernova Elite Quest 2

In the 5+ years I have been playing online poker, I’ve developed my style heavily towards playing many tables at once, or “mass tabling”. I have played over 3 million hands of poker in this time. This has been much of the reason for my consistent, long-term earnings, which most players have trouble achieving.

This past year, I have developed a name for myself as an expert at Mass Tabling. Between my “24 Tabling Like a Pro” articles, and my Cardrunners video demonstration of playing 40 tables simultaneously, I have played a major role in the recent influx of mass-tablers.

My poker goals for the future are fairly modest. I am not too interested in competing at the highest level with the best of the best.  As long as I can maintain my family with something that could be considered as much of a hobby as a profession, I will be happy.
